You may be interested in Team Access.
Team Access allows an approved user to work on Seller Hub but not have access to your login and financial details.

How to send an invitation from My eBay
1) Go to the Team Access page in My eBay https://www.ebay.com/actexp/acct/userlist
2) Select Add user.
3) Enter the First Name and Last Name and email address of the user you'd like to add and select the permissions.
4) Select Add user.
✓ Invited accounts will be required to enable 2FA (2 Factor Authentication) to access your account.
✓ If the recipient of the email doesn't have an eBay account, they'll need to create an account using the email address the invitation was sent to.
Your invited person should check their spam account.
Your invited person must set up an eBay account.
Once you've selected the permissions you wish to grant to another eBay member, they can only act on your behalf while in Seller Hub, and can only perform the tasks you've given them permission for.
