I uploaded user's manuals for my products but how does the customer access these?

Mentor1 year agoIf this is for a recent purchase, you ask the buyer for his/her email address, and you can send a message and attach the user manual as an attachment.

OP1 year agoObviously I can email manuals. That's what I've been doing. I thought the purpose of the "Document upload" feature was to give buyers access to a User's Guide/Instruction Manual by clicking on a "download" button or something similar, without me having to do that in a separate step after each sale - it's a pain. I was actually hoping the document would be visible pre-purchase to help buyers make a more informed decision to buy, but at least that it would be available post purchase.
What's the point of letting sellers upload manuals if there's no means for buyers to access them?
