User unfriendly account restriction
eBay restricted my account. The message asks me to "submit information to verify your identity or other details associated with your account" and then provides a link where supposedly I can enter the information. However, the link just goes to my selling page. On the selling page, there is a red notification about my account being on hold. When I click this, it just goes to a page asking me to enter my bank account details, with no other options. I don't want to provide my bank account details to eBay. Any ideas how to proceed?

Mentor3 years agoIf you want to sell on eBay, you must provide your checking account link for sales proceeds to be deposited.
I can see you had a sale in Feb, if eBay is holding that money, you need to put your account details in to get paid.
