Mentor8 months agoYou don't need to do anything.
Read the last sentence of that e-mail. The one that says -- with some highlighting for emphasis:
"If you keep your account with eBay,
you agree that your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance
of the updated User Agreement, including the agreement to arbitrate."
Just keep using eBay. You don't need to buy anything. Opening a listing and looking at it should suffice.
If you're a seller, just keep your listings active.
