Keep in mind the location information provided in those "new device" messages comes from the internet service provider used when signing in. So if your service provider has a headquarters in that location, or if you are using a VPN or a hotspot, those things can affect the location shown when you sign in.

If the time, browser and location all do not correspond to your own sign in activity, then you should definitely change your password, though.

@jakerbait Change your password. Go to Sign in and security Select Edit next to Password. Enter your current password and your new password. Select Submit .
