Uselessness of ebay
Twice now I have had orders shipped to bogus address in Florida. I lost money on first one there was no refund. Now it's happening again. eBay is useless and no good and with this kind of problem an agent is needed to speak to directly...a human being moron! Not a useless online AI know nothing. eBay is no good! Good for nothing!

Mentor2 years agoCheck your account closely to make sure that someone has not changed your default shipping address to a freight forwarder.
Sellers are required to ship to the address in the order details. If a seller ships to a different address and you can prove that, you can get your money back by following the instructions here:

·2 years agoIf the seller is changing the address, get a letter from the carrier stating that the package was not addressed to you, then use the letter to appeal the Item Not Received case.

OP2 years agoThank for correcting the delivery address. The item ordered has not been delivered to me just yet and I am certainly hoping that happens quickly but yes taking action is definitely a plus. Thank You!
