Useless shipping from usps once again
I’m quite mad at this postal tracking , and the poor quality of shipping , I paid for one of two items to have it shipped and should have been here this past Saturday according to the shipping fee !
and the other item considering free shipping but the price charged for said item shipping was included and again should have been here Saturday and today at the latest, who and how do I contact eBay direct about this shipping issue , this is rediculous that items sit at post offices for days before even moving , and been in transit for days as well , how do I request the a shipping cost refund on the one item , this is not acceptable on the post offices behalf , I ordered these items and was guaranteed the delivery no later than today !
someone needs to answer to this situation !

Mentor9 months agoThe only postage that USPS guarantees is Express/overnight and even then, it is rare to get there in one day.
eBay gives estimated delivery dates. They are not guarantees and they are not set in stone.
If you are having issues with the USPS you should contact them to ask what is going on.
If the estimated delivery date has passed, eBay will allow you to open a not received case. If it is on the way and you can see that in tracking, opening a case will not necessarily help it arrive quicker.
I think it sounds like your issue is with the post office, not eBay.
