Useless customer service ?
Purchased 2 items ( batteries ) in January with a 10 year manufacturer warranty and a 5 year warranty from the seller. One does not work. Have emailed seller 4 times - absolutely ignored. Trying to get hold of Ebay.. all it keeps saying is '"out of return window - contact seller " .. anyone got an idea how to solve this ? Thanks

When you make a purchase on ebay, you only have 30 days from the date of delivery, to file a dispute if an item doesn't work or stops working. Manufacturer's Warranties are covered by them, but unless you received and filled out their form, you are not covered. If the seller of a Branded item is not an authorized dealer, the Mfr's. Warranty may not be enforced. Store Warranties are not enforceable after 30 days, and most sellers who offer them are China based and know that. They often are "Registered as a business seller" No country of registry given on their feedback profile.
You may be having trouble reaching ebay because you are currently logged into their U.S. based site ( ebay.com ) You need to be logged into their U.K. based site ( www.ebay.co.uk ) to get customer support. Below is a link to the U.K. site's Money Back Guarantee policy.
