useless customer service
Hi has anyone experienced tremendously frustrated experience trying to reach out to a human being within the customer service team??? Can't chat with a human being, have to wait for them to call you back and when you use their number, they use every possible way not to put you in touch with a real agent and redirect you to the automated chat . Unbelievable!!! I thought sellers would get a decent customer service but 0!!!!! any tips on how to speak to an agent without too much hassle?
