Used wrong address
I ordered something and I paid with pay pal. They have the address on file as the last place I had an order sent. I wrote the seller and told him to send it to my street address and I got a message from eBay telling me they couldn't sent the message because it had an address in it. The seller is using feDex and they don't deliver to PO Boxes and I can't tell the seller because ebay won't send the message. I'll hold them responsible if I don't get my package because they wouldn't send the seller my message. What should I do.

·2 years agoIt's not their fault you provided the wrong shipping address when you checked out.
Send the seller a message without the address.
Tell them the address is wrong and ask to cancel the order so you can buy using the correct address.
Sellers are not required to cancel orders, but most will if asked.
