Used perfume! Buyer requested a return after using the cosmetic item (perfume).
My buyer requested to return a cosmetic item that they used. It was a brand new item. Their reason for wanting to return it is... "Just didn't like it". How should I handle this return? I cannot re-sell the item, as it's now a used cosmetic item. I thought it was against eBay policy to return a used cosmetic item. Any advise for me? Thank you!

Mentor4 months agoIf you have a "no returns" policy and the buyer did not have a valid reason per the Ebay Money Back Guarantee, you are not required to accept the buyer's Return Request.
