Used motor
I bought a used engine w free shipping. Payed for it the guy said that he needed to get the money first so that he could pay the shipping... after two weeks he gets the money and tells me it's too much to ship it... so I contacted my bank to see if I can stop the payment and filed a complaint with ebay the next day ebay emailed me that the dispute was canceled because my bank was handing it and the account was closed and couldn't be reopened then my back contacts me and said it was too late it already posted. So I contacted the seller for a week told him I'd pay for it so could he give me an address to pick it up. For a week i tried to contact him no response finaly he sends me a notice that I already picked it which I have not. What are my options to getting my money back?
