used incorrect weight, generated shipping label, need to correct
I weighed my item and my scale said 3 lb 7oz. After generating shipping label, I discovered my scale was wrong. Package is 1lb 12oz heavier. I would like to correct the shipping label and pay for my mistake before going to Post office. Is that possible?

·2 years agoPrint a new label and void the old label. Your refund for the voided label will arrive in about three weeks.
