Used Free fees
I was selling two items and I was told I had free fees for finally selling something. eBay is claiming that I owe seller fees and have blocked my account! I will not pay for fees that were supposed to be free.

Generally special offers do not include 0 final value fees. You need to check the original offer. Perhaps it said 0 listing fees?
