Use of "Mammy" in a listing
I see numerous antique iron banks online, including at eBay, what portray a heavy set black woman with a red and white scarf covering much of the hair. Most listings seen use "Mammy,'' and also "Aunt Jemima" in their descriptions. I have tried to list mine, and eBay has removed this item without an explanation. I know the 1980's updated Aunt Jemima icon was recently removed from product packaging. It made every national news broadcast that day that it was announced. Â
I am assuming that that's why MY item was removed, but am not sure. I am not able to get a teammate on line or on my phone. Also, I am not able to delete the messages in my TRASH folder, because the DELETE icon is not there. Plus, everytime I log in on my phone, I get the message SOMETHING WENT WRONG, but fortunately I am able to get the phone to work. But I want that message to be gone.  Why am I not able to get an agent today? On the up side, I sold a painting this morning for $475 that I just listed last night. Glad those SAVED SEARCH features are working. Agent....  teammate.... where are you ????
