Use of gift cards to pay for purchases
Can anyone explain if there is a trick or secret to being able to use Visa or Mastercard Gift cards to pay for eBay purchases? If eBay has a policy AGAINST using them, can someone illuminate me as to the legal justification for preventing their use?
