USA Item Location Not Available Despite Inventory Being Physically in USA

Hi eBay Community,
I am an India-based seller, but we have been selling to US customers for several years with inventory physically stored in an Orange Connex USA warehouse.
Previously, we were able to list these products with the USA item location because the orders were actually fulfilled from our US inventory.
Recently, eBay is no longer allowing us to select/use USA as the item location, even though the inventory is still physically located in the USA.
I am not trying to change our business registration/location from India to USA. I only want the listing to accurately show where the item is physically located and shipped from.
I have already contacted eBay Customer Support and our eBay account manager, but I have not received a clear explanation or resolution.
Has anyone experienced the same issue?
Can an eBay staff member please clarify:
Why USA item location is currently unavailable for our account?
Whether this is a policy or account restriction?
What documentation is required to restore it?
We can provide Orange Connex warehouse/inventory documentation if required.

In addition to what @mudshark61369 has provided I checked a few listings and this one does NOT show a specific city, it says "Unknown". Tailstock V-Boring Adapter-Drilling Of Round Bar | eBay
US Sellers have 5 Addresses to set up in their account. Does your India based account have the same number of addresses?

OP2 weeks agoHi Sir, sometimes eBay does not recognize our ZIP code correctly and shows the location as “Unknown” instead of Delhi. However, I have no issue with my India location.
My actual concern is that I have inventory stored in a warehouse in the USA, but eBay does not allow me to create or update my listings using my USA warehouse address as the item location.

What I find odd about this is that we see many sellers from China shwoing their items are located int eh USA but when purchased the shipments come from China. THAT is a policy violation.

There are no ebay employees who answer questions on this board. Mentors are all very experienced buyers/sellers who know ebay's policies better than their customer service reps.
The rule for an item location always stated it must give the City, State/Province and Country of an item's location. If you have the warehouse's address information that should be posted.
Whether or not you end up with an account restriction will depend on how many disputes are filed against you and how you handle returns.
You may have a restriction because of incomplete item location and item information. Some of your listings had a Buyer pays return shipping policy, which only applies if the return reason was a buyer's remorse one such as; I bought the wrong item, I found it for less, I did not need it... If you tried to enforce the policy that would trigger a defect on your account.
To find your defect rate go to your account's Seller Hub, click on Seller Performance and select Seller level from the menu. then click on Transaction defect rate.
FYI. May of your listings and feedback make you look like a China based seller. The use of U.S. flag symbols, incorrect item locations, and feedback for Private listings are things that they do to hide their actual location and item quality.
