US to UK package held at Delivery Depot/Delivery Office
I have a package from US to UK which is being held for more than a week in UK Delivery Depot. I expected to have taxes to pay but no one has contacted me and using the provided tracking number on Royal Mail website has not given any results. I'm not sure who to contact to find out what is happening and should I pay some taxes in order to package gets processed and delivered.
