US to canada
How can I tell if my items are visible to people In Canada? I'm able to ship to Canada but want to make sure they are seeing my listing's. It doesn't seem like they are.

If you are Opted in to eBay International shipping or offer International shipping and Canada is turned on then your items are visible there. Shipping for your items will be more than Canadians charge selling the same or similar items domestically in Canada. That is a price disadvantage.
Your return policy is a big negative domestically here in the US ... you state you don't accept them so I assume the same for International shipping ... that could be a real turn off although No returns does NOT mean no refunds which in time you may learn domestically here in the US.
