US Tax on export goods
l am buying an item from the US and shipping the item to Africa. On Checkout the US state tax is included in the fees. l don't live in the US or will use the Item in the US. l have contacted the seller they said they can't remove the tax. Is this normal?. Have anyone face this kind of issue. If you have what did you do ?
