Every time I use the automated assistant and it finally gets to contact an agent, it just loops back to â€œIs this the itemâ€ contact an agent â€œIs this the itemâ€. Tried on multiple devices and browsers. USPS lost a package and so I want to refund the buyer, but donâ€™t feel EBAY should charge me for the return.Any way to get this reversed or contact themâ€¦ ridiculous how there is no real customer service.
