US is not showing up on scroll list for overseas order
listing notes seller may/may not mail to US. Seller has agreed to do so and sent acceptable offer for item. When trying to pay/checkout, red alert refuses to accept payment saying seller does not mail to US. Listing scroll of countries to which seller will mail includes everyone in the universe except US. How to process and complete transaction????

Mentor1 year agoSince offers are only for the item itself any shipping is added on as an extra. Since your sellers listing shows they do not ship to the USA you will not be able to pay for the item unless the seller changes their listing to allow shipping to the USA. Since you do not say where the seller is located or what the item is we cannot give any more advise. It is possible that the item is not allowed to be imported into the USA or the country the seller is located in is prohibited from shipping to the USA.
