U.S. Continental Shipping only option , USPS
Repeatedly I have had packages go MIA to Puerto Rico.
I had thought that I had read that Puerto Rico and other U.S. protectorates were to
be rolled over to Ebay International Shipping. Was I dreaming or drinking ?

Puerto Rico is now part of international shipping. In order for that to show in your listings, you need to exclude Puerto Rico. Advice from eBay is that to do that, you need to exclude US Protectorates. I did that but I also excluded Puerto Rico under Caribbean countries. If you nothing though, Buyers will see you ship direct to PR.
