    US buyer cannot order items
                     

    I am in Canada and the buyer from the US cannot order an item from me. I do not have any restrictions on the US and they have ordered from me before. item no 226777866518. How do I fix this?

    You don't have any restrictions to the US, but you also don't have any shipping configured to the US, so they would have to request an invoice from you and you would need to add the shipping charges, or probably a better option, you can revise the listing and add a valid shipping method to the US.

    When I view that listing there is no shipping method specified for my US location.
