Urgent: Unresolved Payment
I am writing once again regarding my unresolved payment issue.
Until now, the matter has not been resolved, and I have not received a clear response to my previous messages.
We are speaking about an amount of approximately USD 472.81, which is a significant sum of money for me. I kindly ask for your serious attention to this matter, as I urgently need the refund or proper confirmation of where the funds are currently being held.
My bank has already confirmed that the funds were authorized and successfully released. According to them, everything on their side has been completed correctly. At this stage, the transfer appears to be pending on your banking partner’s side, and the funds have not reached the sellers nor been returned to me.
Therefore, I respectfully request the contact details of your acquiring bank or payment processing bank, so that I may coordinate directly with them together with my bank to trace and resolve this transaction as quickly as possible.
I am genuinely concerned, as my previous messages have not been properly addressed. I trust that eBay values its customers and will treat this situation with the urgency and transparency it deserves.
Please provide a concrete update and the requested banking contact information as soon as possible.
