Urgent: Suspected Fraud - Seller Account Disappeared After Purchase
I purchased a camera on eBay yesterday using ebay pament system.
However, I tried to contact the seller today with a question regarding the item, and I got an email which noticed that the seller's account had suddenly disappeared. As a result, I am no longer able to reach the seller, and I cannot track the shipment of my item.
Given these circumstances, I strongly suspect this may be a fraudulent transaction. I would like to request a refund for this item and ask for your assistance in resolving this issue.
Please let me know what steps I need to take.

Here is what eBay says about removed listings:
"What happens if I bought something from a seller who's been removed from eBay?
If you haven't paid for the item, you won't need to. The item should've been removed from your purchase history. We encourage you to look for a similar item from a different seller.
If you already paid for the item, please follow these steps:
If you receive your item, but want to return it, you can request a refund."
