Urgent Refund Request for Faulty Robot Vacuum – DREAME L30 (Order number: 18-12715-52835)
Dear eBay Customer Service,
I am writing to formally request an immediate refund for the robot vacuum cleaner (DREAME L30, Order number: 18-12715-52835) I recently purchased. The listing stated that the item was unused and that it only lacked the special cleaning solution container. However, upon first use, it became clear that the product was not in working condition.
From the very beginning, the vacuum never once emptied its dustbin into the docking station. The automatic emptying feature, triggered via the app, was completely unresponsive. When a specialist opened the docking station for inspection, it was discovered that the suction motor was jammed with debris—an issue that directly contradicts the seller's claim that the item was unused.
I have attached photographic evidence clearly showing the internal blockage and condition of the docking station. This suggests that the item was either previously used or deliberately misrepresented.
Furthermore, I strongly believe this seller intentionally listed the product at an unusually attractive price to deceive buyers. Based on the circumstances, I consider myself a victim of fraud and urge you to investigate this matter seriously. I also believe the seller's account should be suspended to prevent further deception of other customers.
As a loyal eBay user, I am counting on your prompt action and support. Please process the refund as soon as possible and take appropriate measures against the seller. I trust eBay to uphold its reputation as a top global e-commerce platform.
Sincerely,
Davit Javakhishvili

You will need to use your return options to return the unit to the seller. If the item was listed as a new item and it was not new, then there is an option to return the item based on that it doesn't match photos or description.
We on the forum have no way to pull up your order number. And I don't see any feedback left or received about a vacuum. If perhaps you had the item number of the listing, and when this was purchased that may help me clarify what you purchased and see if the listing was misleading.
You can also use the following to reach eBay via their social media contacts for further advice:
On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't let you. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.
