Urgent Help Needed!
I purchased one of the GE pellet ice makers from a seller on Ebay over one week ago and I have attempted to message the seller several times but the seller will not respond. This item costed over $300. I've tried contacting Ebay for help because I feel like I'm not going to receive what I purchased but I can't get any help from Ebay, I need help because this item was purchased as a gift, please help!

Mentor3 years agoYou have to give the seller until the estimated delivery date - you can not request a refund until then.
After the last expected delivery date, but no more than 30 days after the last expected delivery date, go to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking that shows delivery, or a refund. If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
