URGENT: Fraudulent Seller - Listing Counterfeit Watches at 20% MSRP
Hi everyone,
I am reporting a clear case of fraudulent activity by a seller I recently purchased from.
Upon further inspection of their store, it is evident they are listing counterfeit goods. For context, they are selling brand-new Tissot PRX models for $70 and Tissot Gentleman models for $80. These watches typically retail between $350 and $650. Listing them at approximately 20% of their market value is a major red flag.
To make matters worse, the seller has marked these items as "No Returns Accepted," which, combined with the pricing and the fact that they are mixing household groceries with high-end watches, clearly points to a scam intended to trap buyers.
I have already requested a cancellation, but the seller is unresponsive. I am using a Freight Forwarder in Miami to ship to my home country, and if these items are delivered to the warehouse, I will lose my ability to return them under the Money Back Guarantee.
Can a moderator or experienced member help me escalate this to the Security Team? I need to stop this shipment before a tracking number is uploaded.
