Urgent: False Return Claim – Request for Case Closure in My Favor
Urgent: False Return Claim – Request for Case Closure in My Favor Dear eBay Support, I respectfully dispute the buyer’s false claim that the Maison Francis Kurkdjian Baccarat Rouge 540 Extrait de Parfum 200ml I sold is counterfeit. • This perfume was purchased directly from Sephora Paris, and I have provided the official receipt, original batch barcode, and packaging as proof of authenticity. • The listing clearly showed multiple photos of the actual product and box from all angles. The box is from an older edition that does not include a QR code. The buyer knowingly purchased exactly what was shown. • The product was delivered exactly as described and in perfect, unused condition. However, the buyer has now opened and used the perfume, making it ineligible for return. • The buyer’s claim relies only on the absence of a QR code, which is not a legitimate indicator of authenticity, as QR codes can easily be falsified. I kindly request that eBay deny this false return request and close the case in my favor, as all evidence clearly proves the item is 100% authentic and delivered exactly as described. Thank you for your support and fair handling of this matter.

If you listed the item for sale on this site here are the rules>
A no return policy doesn't mean no refunds. Keep in mind that your return policy is only for buyers remorse returns.... changed mind doesn't fit, etc.
The eBay Money Back Guarantee overrules your returns policy.
If the buyer files a refund request saying that the item is not as described then you need to accept the return and issue the return shipping label.
Your return policy only applies if the buyer files a buyer's remorse return: Doesn't fit, changed mind, etc.
If you do not accept the return willingly then the buyer can ask eBay to step in and forces a refund. You do not get your seller's fees back, you get a defect and the buyer may be allowed to keep the item.
If the buyer abuses the eBay MBG in some way then you can report them but it doesn't get your money back:

Sellers have protection for return abuse if they offer FREE RETURN shipping on their listings OR if they are a Top Rated seller and offer 30 days or greater returns. The seller can then reduce the refund amount by up to 50% if the buyer sends a different item or somehow reduces the value of the item.
