My buyer chose "Shipping" but changed to local pickup. How do I obtain code to confirm delivery?

My buyer chose "Shipping" but changed to local pickup. How do I obtain code to confirm delivery?

Mentor3 years agoYou need to have LOCAL PICKUP as an option in your listing. If the buyer selected shipping, then file a cancellation selecting Problem with buyer's address. Now use SELL SIMILAR to relist the item, and make sure that Local Pickup is selected and no shipping. Send the buyer the new item number, and buyer can then repurchase.
