Hi:

I was made bid No. 156022547634 Ray Ban, I was cut off all of my credit card since March 2024.

I just bought a per-payment card call "Global cash" , ä¸‹Ebay payment around USD55. Before I bought the card I was confirm they said the per-payment can use in Ebay pay, but I tried to input the per payment card No. input the Ebay system, it was nothing happen, and I ask them again, they quote "eBay pay had system function accept our card, they mention, for the per payment card, it the seller communicate with USA , Ebay will issue the one time code verified to seller and code send to me solve the problem, but I was ask HK office, as they understand HK side without kind of serivce , if so what I do to solve it? Please advise.

That listing was not an auction so you could not have placed a "bid", and it ended with a regular sale not a best offer. And the price was US$ 79.99, not about $55.

Other than it being a real listing (but again not an auction that did not sell for about $55) everything else sounds like a scam. Is the item in your My eBay: Purchase History? How did you find the item and what steps did you take to buy it?

Also that you gave your contact information in the post sets you up for scammers to contact you pretending to be eBay (or whoever). Click the down arrow at the top right of your post and use the "Report inappropriate content" link to request the moderators to remove your email and phone #.
