Urgent Assistance Required for Incorrect Cost Adjustment and Damaged Goods
Dear eBay Customer Support,
I am writing to bring to your attention an urgent issue regarding a cost adjustment made by UPS on July 10th. We were charged $1,637.09 based on UPS's report that our package weighed 331 lbs. However, this weight is incorrect.
Not only did UPS miscalculate the weight of our package, but they also damaged our items during transit. We have received photos from our customers that clearly show the damage to the goods.
eBay account username is kikuhealth and the selling number for this transaction is 01-11729-94834.
