Urgent Assistance Needed:Unauthorized Purchase Claim

I am writing to bring to your attention an urgent matter regarding a recent transaction on eBay.
Approximately a month ago, I sold a Rollo X1040 Black & White Thermal Label Printer through my eBay account. The item was sold to a buyer under the name Tash-kand and payment was duly received via eBay.
Recently, however, I have been contacted by an eBay user with the account name "gear.guys" claiming to have purchased the same item and even alleging to have made payment for it through eBay.
Upon further investigation, I have confirmed that the mark on the device matches the one I sold to Lance Block.
This situation has caused considerable confusion and concern for me, as I am unsure how the buyer was able to make a duplicate purchase of an item that was already marked as sold. Additionally, "gear.guys" has been persistently messaging me, insisting that I cancel the order, which I find suspicious.
I kindly request your urgent assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that the unauthorized purchase claim made by "gear.guys" is addressed promptly. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue thoroughly and take appropriate action to rectify the situation.
