UPS Weight adjustments

I received a UPS adjustment email through eBay messages for $17, stating item was 18 pounds for an autograph picture. How do I appeal?

@Anonymous eBay has to appeal for you since they are the UPS customer, it's hard to get eBay to do this.

Shipping prices are based on package size, not just weight.

I recommend using USPS Ground Advantage or Priority. IF you do need to use UPS for an oversized item then I suggest using Pirateship.com . They also offer the same or better discounted rates for USPS and UPS but if you need to dispute a UPS surcharge their customer service is better.

For this issue with UPS I recommend you contact CS on eBay For Business on Facebook as the agents are more experienced> Leave a PRIVATE message and they will get back to you.

OR if you do not use FB you can request a call back or chat.
