UPS to USPS drop off.
I had a package that was supposed to be delivered by UPS but apparently I choose an option where they hand it off to USPS for final delivery. Unfortunately, USPS is telling me there was not enough postage to deliver the package. I don't know how to get the package moving again. Is there a way to pay the postage or have the item sent back to me? Not sure what my options are.
