UPS threw away the package
I sold an item to someone. During delivery UPS had to throw the package away. They never said why and when I requested a refund they never sent any money to me or Ebay. I got the label through ebay so it should’ve gone back there. Now the buyer is requesting refund from me but the package was out of my control once it shipped. UPS threw it away. I’m not sure what to do.

Refund your buyer and file a claim through UPS.

OP2 years agoHi, I did file a claim with ups and they never sent anything. at this point it has been 5 months.
