ups shipping insurance claim
I purchased additional insurance with my UPS shipping label on ebay. how do I make a claim since the item arrived to the buyer broken? I reached out to my local UPS store and they said since I packed it myself and bought the label from ebay, I need to reach out to eBay regarding the claim.
