UPS Shipping Cost Adjustment
Hello:
I just received this $5.00 charge from eBay for a shipping address change with UPS.
I DID NOT make the address change and don’t know who, therefore, why am I being charged for the change.
See change below for sold item # 305197181609
The email said, "We've corrected the apartment number, and the package is on its way to the updated address". PHILADELPHIA, PA 19104
