UPS says it was delivered, buyer says it was not-what do I do now?
UPS tracking and claim report both assure that the package was delivered. There is no picture verification. The buyer says it was not delivered. What do I do? If I issue a refund I am obviously at a loss of the item and the purchase price from the buyer. (Newbie that appreciates the help!)

Mentor1 month agoIf the buyer opened an "Item not received" case then you enter the tracking number into the case notes and eBay should rule in your favor. This is why you ship with tracking.

OP1 month agoThank you! So, do I let the "item not received" sit there (after communicating with the buyer) and eBay will still release the funds to me after the Aug. 13th date? Or is there a more direct way to communicate with eBay so my funds are released? I shouldn't refund the buyer, right?
