UPS reweighed and measured my shipment incorrectly - What Can I do????
I sold a Fenton Trinket Box on Ebay. I use ebay labels. The package measured 9x12x9 and weighed 2.56 lbs. I dropped it off at our UPS store. Before it reached it's destination it was reweighed and measured. I received notice from ebay that said "Some of your shipping labels have adjustments".
The Trinket box is 4" tall and weighs 1.35 lbs. UPS adjusted it to 21 lbs with the package measurements of 11x34x9. I went to our UPS store and they said there is nothing they can do to help. Has anyone had this problem and how can I get it resolved?
Thank You

Only eBay customer service can file the dispute since they are the UPS customer. I recommend contacting CS on social media to ask them to do this. Keep in mind that UPS does sometimes add incorrect surcharges ( which I believe is the case here) but there are CORRECT surcharges that you can read about on the UPS website.
Personally if I have an item that is too large or heavy to ship via USPS then I use UPS and buy the label from PIrateship.com. Pirateship helps with insurance claims and surcharge disputes. UPS does have a list of valid surcharges on their website too. UPS does not add surcharges as often as Fed Ex does.
Here's how to contact eBay general customer service:
