UPS package sent by me delayed in Jacksonville... Buyer is upset (obviously)... Need help
Hi... Not sure what to do. I sent a buyer a package on 7/7 and it arrived in Florida on the 10th. It's been "delayed" according to UPS. How should I handle this situation? I can file a claim with UPS for a lost package but I'd like my eBay fees returned too.
