UPS overages We get quote for one price, but when the package reaches final destination the prices
I have been on here for 24 years.
I have also been shipping with UPS for just as long.
Last week over $2000 in adjustments from UPS came into my account.
We had an item which ebay and UPS quoted $65 to ship, but when it arrived it was $377.
I had to pay out of my pocket basically to sell my inventory.
And then it was 12 more packages with the same situation.
Ebay doesnt seem to be helping at all, and at this rate there will be no business. We are now adding KG to packages if its 8kg we put 10kg, Cm we are adding 10cm a side at times.
Ebay is basically robbing us. And there is no help.
