UPS over stating package weight
I recently sold and shipped 2 sets of leather seat cushions weighing a total of 39 lbs. UPS has stated that the weight was 128 lbs. and has charged me an additional $100. Bringing my shipping cost to $184. for 39 lbs.
What can I do?
