UPS over charge for shipping
I got a notice from Ebay that UPS has doubled the weight of the item I shipped and now is charging me nearly $2,000 more for the shipping cost. UPS made an error on the weight and I cannot get ahold of Ebay to help resolve this issue. Any ideas would be appreciated.
