UPS Insurance Claims
I sold an item to a seller and shipped through eBay using UPS. Buyer received an empty box. I refunded the buyer. Does eBay handle My UPS claim or do I go through UPS? Thanks for any help!

Mentor1 year agoGet pictures of the box and especially and carrier label of damage or of contents missing from the buyer.
Tell buyer you will be filing a claim and to save everything and to please cooperate with the investigation.

Mentor1 year ago@rsf9999 You can try filing one through UPS but it's going to be tough for an empty box claim unless the box had obvious damage BEFORE the buyer opened it.
