UPS denying insurance on label bought through Ebay
I sold an item and shipped it by UPS using a label I bought through Ebay. The item arrived damaged and when I went to my local UPS store to file a claim, they said there is no insurance because the label wasn't bought from them. Has anyone else had this problem? Is that company policy? The Postal Service has paid for shipping damage in the past on Ebay labels, so I'm surprised UPS wouldn't.
