UPS Delivery Stalled

So I sold an old desktop. It was sent last week but has been stuck in transit. I had insured it just in case as I expected something could happen, the customer wants to know what happened to it but now wants to file a claim. As the seller I was like I can do it but apparently, according to UPS I am not the account holder, and I have no idea what to do.
As I can't file the claim on something I sent for some reason and it asking for an account number that I just have no idea was even a thing for eBay.
