UPS delivered/not received
UPS tracking says item was delivered yesterday, buyer says he did not receive.
What do I do?

UPS tracking says item was delivered yesterday, buyer says he did not receive.

Mentor3 years agoIf the buyer files an Item Not Received case, you upload the tracking number, and you will win the case.
Tell the buyer to take the tracking number down to UPS and have them check their GPS coordinates to see exactly where the package was delivered. If it was NOT to your address, they should try and retrieve the package. If it was to your address, then someone stole the package. Report it to the police department and your homeowners insurance.
