UPS Delivered to the wrong address
Hi! Does anyone know how to handle this? "Hello! For your awareness, UPS is showing this as delivered and received by someone named Anderson. The package was not delivered to my house, nor the street over that has a house with 1678 as the house number. I went to file a claim and UPS said it needed to come from the seller. I will keep you updated if the package arrives later today."
The buyer didn't open an "item not received" case. Do I need to contact UPS, or does the buyer? How do I do this? An online form or something? Thanks!

See this link for how to file a UPS claim

Insurance is for the seller, the buyer is covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
If you have a package that is too large or heavy to ship via USPS I recommend buying a UPS label on Pirateship.com. They help with insurance claims and surcharge disputes.
